How it works

1. Choose a model
Browse the existing Hip-Po models and guide prices. The photographs are references to previous work, not ready-to-ship inventory.

2. Submit a request
Tell Iggy which model you prefer, how many cards and bills you carry, your leather and thread preferences, and your delivery country. Submitting a request is free and does not create an order.

3. Iggy reviews it
Every request is considered for materials, construction, timing, and fit. Hip-Po Wallets may accept or decline a request.

4. Review the final specification
If accepted, you receive a customer-specific Shopify invoice stating the final model, materials, price, taxes, shipping, and estimated timing. Correct or decline it before payment.

5. Pay securely through Shopify
Your place in the production schedule is reserved only after payment through the customer-specific Shopify checkout. Production begins after payment.
