By placing an order at hippowallets.com (this online store), you agree to the following:

1. All items are made-to-order  
   Each piece is handmade specifically for you after your order is placed. Production begins within 24–48 hours. Once started, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

2. Pricing & Payment 
   All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).  We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Full payment is required before production begins.

3. Accuracy of Information 
   We do our best to display colours, dimensions, and details accurately. Because we use natural full-grain leather and everything is handmade, minor variations in colour, grain, and markings are normal and not considered defects.

4. Intellectual Property 
   All photos, designs, and content on this website belong to hippowallets.com and may not be used without written permission.

5. Liability  
   Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Defects & Remedies 
   If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund you in full — your choice.

7. Governing Law  
   These terms are governed by the laws of BC, Canada. 

8. Changes to Terms  
   We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect when you place your order applies.
