Refund policy

All of our leather goods are handmade to order specifically for you. Because each piece is custom-crafted after your order is placed:

• All sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started (usually within 24–48 hours).
• Defects or errors on our part: We stand behind our work 100%. If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly made, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or fully refund you at no cost (including shipping both ways).
