Shipping policy

Handmade in Canada (made-to-order): Every item is crafted by hand after your order is placed.  
-Production time: 7–21 business days (most orders ship in 10–14 days). We’ll email you a more precise timeline within 24 hours of ordering.  

Shipping carrier: Canada Post or Canpar with tracking number provided.  

Shipping rates (calculated at checkout):  
– International shipping available (buyer pays all duties, taxes, and customs fees)  

Delivery time estimates (after shipping):  
– Within Canada: 2–8 business days depending on province  
– USA: 5–12 business days  
– Rest of world: 10–25 business days  

Order changes/cancellations: Only possible within 24 hours of placing the order and only if production has not started. After that, all sales are final.  

Lost or delayed packages: Once tracking shows “delivered,” responsibility passes to the customer. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery. We will assist with claims when possible.
